Welcome to Worky. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Worky software and website at useworky.com(the "Service") provided by Worky, Inc. ("Worky"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Account

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

2. Acceptable use

No illegal, infringing, or harmful activity.
No attempts to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or overload the Service.
No use of the Service to send unsolicited communications.

3. Subscription and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Customer data

You retain ownership of the data you upload. You grant Worky a limited license to host, process, and display that data solely to operate the Service.

5. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third parties (Stripe, Google, Supabase, Cloudflare). Use of those services is subject to their own terms.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by emailing support@useworky.com.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Worky disclaims all implied warranties.

9. Limitation of liability

Worky's aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amounts paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in-product notice at least 7 days before taking effect.
